BLOG 101 PART 4: Book Blogging Essentials (Kind Of) - Infographic

Is there anything you think book bloggers should definitely have? Let us all know in the comments below!

** I know the Kindle gives you the option to make notes whilst reading a book, but the Kindle featured in the photo is not mine. Therefore I use my iPod to take notes, and seeing as this is my blog I thought I would include what I personally do. :)

  1. Loved this blog 101 post!! :D I use laptop, kindle, notebook and iPod, too :). Cute sticky notes by the way!! :3
I don't normally use the notes app on my iPod, though: I use an app called PlainText! Free thing, and it's so much easier, I think :P

    1. It's not my Kindle, it's my Mum's and the only time I've ever used it was to take that photo of it :P

Umm I can't remember where I got the sticky notes from, I think it was either Folksy or Etsy. I'll find out for you! :)

  3. Fun post! I have a blogging notebook that I couldn't function without. I keep lists in there of which reviews I still need to write, upcoming release dates, blog ideas. I'd recommend every blogger use a blogging notebook!

...I sometimes use the Notes app on my phone, but I find the easiest thing when trying to write some notes when reading a book is to get a blank notecard and use it as a bookmark. That way, it's always with the book and I can jot down notes as I'm reading and then slot the notecard back into my book when I'm not reading.

    1. That's a really good idea, I may have to do that. It's annoying when my iPod dies and I need to make some notes on the book I'm reading so your idea is probably more sensible! :)

I had no idea you had a Blogging 101 series, so I'm definitely going to go back to the rest of them right now! :D

  7. Oooooh! Love this post, Amber and your infographic is fab! I use sticky notes too and 'bookmarker arrows' when I'm reviewing and what would we do without our laptops? I always think somewhere like a notice-board is useful as well as a blogging-book to keep note of new features!

  8. I don't write book notes! o-O So I'm a crazy blogger in that way! But everything else I do use all the time!
Great post Amber! I think it's great that we all work in similar ways and yet in completely different ways too! hehe.
