Feature and Follow Friday #1

Alison Can Read Feature & Follow
The Feature and Follow is hosted by TWO hosts, Parajunkee and Alison of Alison Can Read.

Q: What is your guilty pleasure as far as reading? Is it a genre, or is it a certain type of book?

None of my reading is guilty! If I like a book, I like it. Simple! If I had to choose something 'guilty', it might be the Jacqueline Wilson books because I still read them occasionally yet they are considered to be for children younger than myself.

  1. I'm with you. Most of my reading isn't guilty, so I went with something that happens in stories that makes me feel guilty when I still love the stories afterwards... If that makes any sense lol.

  7. Hey,
I agree even though I'm getting older Jacqueline is still an all time fave and I love reading anything written by her. I am also a sucker for a great romance and fun characters like Harriet Manners from Geek Girl which O am still yet to read. Thanks for sharing, Happy Blogging:)

  9. I haven't read any Jacqueline Wilson's books, but I've heard a lot about them that I'll have to just check them out (even though I am also a little bit old for them as well :D).

  11. New GFC follower. Thanks for stopping by my blog as well. I really love the name of your blog, it's a great title! And don't feel bad about reading younger books. I'm 40 and read mostly teen! Good books are good books!

  14. I LOVE Jacqueline Wilson! And by love, I mean that I used to be absolutely obsessed. She is the author that made me love reading as much as I do today. I used to get all her books, even if I had read one from the library... I just wanted to own them all! I succeeded too because now I have very tall piles in my room of her books, hehe. I often go back to them too - we can feel guilty together :D

PS. The bee on the side of your blog is so cute, hehe ;)
